Some older versions of the U1 have the Terminator as a "Line Feed" followed by a "Carriage Return". Do the same steps as in the video only this time when you select EDIT SETTINGS > SERIAL PORT select the "Line Feed and Carriage Return" for the terminator on the Formatted Data screen (2nd screen).

If your data is coming through but in the wrong order, then go to EDIT SETTINGS > PARAMETERS TABLE and ensure that you enter the names of the parameters in the right sequence. The sequence must match the stream of data coming through the serial port.
